The client required a modern, highly functional electrical and lighting setup for a newly fitted open-plan corporate space in Lekki. The facility needed adequate light distribution across all workstation desks without harsh glare, alongside safe cable management to deliver power cleanly to multiple office workstations.
The HUMELIX LIMITED engineering team executed the installation of custom architectural suspended square LED profile fixtures across the main hall to ensure balanced illumination. We systematically routed cabling above suspended ceilings and through conduit drops, setting up organized power distribution points for every workstation row. The team integrated dedicated circuit breakers at the distribution board to isolate lighting and power circuits for maximum maintenance efficiency.

Lighting Systems: Architectural Square LED Suspended Profile Lights 40W - 60W per fixture, 6000K Cool White, High CRI Power Distribution: Flush-mounted Floor Boxes & Workstation Trunking Units equipped with dual 13A British Standard (BS) switched sockets and dedicated surge protection Lighting Controls: Multi-gang Smart/Modular Light Switches with zone isolation for open-plan energy efficiency Cabling & Conduit: Flame-retardant single-core PVC copper cables (1.5mm}^2 for lighting circuits, 2.5mm}^2 and 4{mm}^2 for workstation power points) routed through GI/PVC conduits Circuit Protection: 3-Phase Consumer Distribution Board fitted with 63A Main Isolator, Miniature Circuit Breakers (MCB 10A/16A/32A), and Residual Current Breakers (RCCB)
