The residential tower required complete electrical installation, modern interior lighting, efficient air conditioning and television mounting across its apartments. The objective was to deliver functional, comfortable and visually appealing living spaces with coordinated electrical and cooling systems.
HUMELIX LIMITED executed the building's electrical installation works and installed LG 1.5HP inverter split air-conditioning units throughout the residential apartments. Each bedroom received one AC unit, while each sitting room received two split AC units for improved cooling coverage. Our scope also included POP ceiling decorative lighting, recessed LED fittings, 18W centre lights, chandeliers in the sitting rooms, POP rope lighting, wall brackets and television installations throughout the flats.
Completed integrated electrical, decorative lighting, inverter air-conditioning and TV mounting works across the residential tower, delivering functional, well-lit and air-conditioned apartments ready for residential use.

Electrical isolation, appropriate PPE, safe ladder and height access, secure mounting of AC units and TVs, protection of finished surfaces, and inspection of installed electrical and cooling systems. Final testing and commissioning records should be confirmed against the project documentation.
The project brought together electrical installations, energy-efficient inverter cooling and modern ceiling lighting into a coordinated residential fit-out. Each apartment was equipped with bedroom cooling, dual sitting-room air conditioners, decorative lighting and wall-mounted television provision. The completed work demonstrates HUMELIX's capability to deliver multiple building services within a residential tower.
