The client acquired a rented multi-story tower facility that required a full electrical and system overhaul. The existing wiring was degraded, overloaded, and unsafe for high-capacity equipment. Cooling systems were failing, and the property lacked modern CCTV security, structured internet distribution, and adequate power handling for heavy commercial loads.
The HUMELIX LIMITED engineering team executed a 12-day reconstruction of the entire electrical infrastructure. We stripped obsolete cabling and re-wired the building using heavy-duty copper wiring and surface trunking. Our team serviced and installed multiple 5 HP floor-standing AC units alongside 1.5 HP split inverter ACs to ensure complete climate control. We also deployed an 8-channel IP CCTV surveillance network, installed 65-inch LG Smart TVs, set up 500L refrigerators and electric standing fans, routed structured IT network cabling, and integrated the entire building load into a 500 kVA Perkins Mikano generator system.
